Pastry with a vegetable-ground filling

Pastry for events, holiday evenings and indulgent weekends!


1 package of Turkish filas dough

2 chopped onions

400 g ground vegetable (1 package)



black pepper


Olive oil for brushing

preparation method:

Fry the onion with a little olive oil until the onion becomes transparent. Add the ground and after 3-4 minutes mix and crumble while mixing.

Season with cumin, sweet paprika, salt and black pepper.

Taste the filling before making the pastry and adjust the seasoning to taste.

Open the dough on a work surface and cut a square. Place the filling in the center of the square and fold the dough on both sides - creating a long rectangle of dough with ground filling.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees, grease the dough with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the dough is golden
