The butcher recipes


Araais is delicious and addictive, now also healthy and nutritious!


400 grams ground butcher

3 pita breads

1 onion

A bunch of parsley

A teaspoon of smoked paprika

1/3 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

salt to taste

preparation method:

Chop the onion and parsley. Mix the ground butcher with the onion, parsley, smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric and salt to create a uniform mass. Cut the pita in half, fill and then cut into quarters. Heat a pan with a little oil and grill the pita on all sides until fully cooked.
