Pasta Bolognese

The favorite dish of all of us! An addictive classic Bolognese pasta that won't leave you hungry.





















Ingredients:

Ground butcher pasta 400 grams

2 medium onions

4 stalks of celery

2 carrots

2 large tomatoes

4 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons of tomato paste

800 grams of canned tomatoes

Ground black pepper

sweet paprika

Salt

Olive oil


preparation method:

Step 1: Cut the onion, carrot, celery, tomatoes and garlic and steam with a little olive oil over medium heat while stirring until golden

Step 2: Fry the mince with a little olive oil while stirring, crush and crumble until all the mince is ready step

Step 3: add the tomato paste, canned tomatoes, paprika, black pepper, salt and mix.

Add the rest of the steamed vegetables, add water, mix and bring to a boil. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes

Step 4: Towards the end of cooking, adjust the seasoning and remove the lid to evaporate unnecessary liquids
