Margaz and cabbage sausage stew

Do you like spicy? This is the dish that will star at your table!


Sausages from a box 350 grams

White cabbage

Green onions


3 spoons

Olive oil tomato concentrate

2 cups of water



Sweet paprika and salt

preparation method:

Cut the cabbage, onion and garlic into thin strips. Cut the sausages into thin slices. Heat a pot with a little oil and fry the garlic, cabbage and green onion, add a little cumin, turmeric, sweet paprika and salt, add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, mix and add the water. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for about 20 minutes on low heat. Then place the sausages from the rack on the stew and cover for another 15 minutes.
