The butcher recipes

Bean and celery meatballs




Ingredients: 1/2 kilo ground from the plant

1/2 a bunch of finely chopped parsley

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cumin teaspoon red paprika

1/4 teaspoon turmeric


For sauce and peas:

1 large chopped onion

6 cloves of crushed garlic

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 bunch of finely chopped cilantro

salt to taste

A bag of frozen peas

About half a liter of water


 

Instructions:

Fry the onion until golden, add garlic

and the bag of peas, spices, water and cilantro.

After boiling for 10 minutes, arrange

the meatballs in the pot and cook for 20-30 minutes.
