The thawed product must be fully thawed in the refrigerator before preparing it.
Can be kept refrigerated for up to 4 days
Do not thaw and refreeze
Preparation in a pan / plancha / barbecue: heat a pan to medium heat with a little oil and roast for 8-10 minutes, turning the product from side to side while preparing it.
The product is not suitable for preparation in a deep fryer / oven and microwave.
